Ur-Dinkel

Bei schönstem Wetter wurde am 20. Juli der Ur-Dinkel gedroschen. Aufgrund der nassen und durchzogenen Wetterverhältnisse im Frühling war die Ertragserwartung eher tief angesetzt. Dies hat sich mit nur 3 Tonnen Ur-Dinkel auf eine Fläche von 1,3 Hektaren leider auch bestätigt. Positiv zu erwähnen ist, dass aufgrund des sehr geringen Unkrautdruckes zu Vegetationsbeginn keine Herbezidbehandlung nötig war.
